Nicol's Paddock

Nicol's Paddock is a small, family run Winery & Restaurant on the outskirts of Geelong, and the entrance to the Surf Coast.

Our first vines were planted in 1997 by Peter Nicol, in the rich limestone soil of Waurn Ponds.
2001 marked the first vintage of Saint Regis Shiraz, with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay joining our wine list just a few years later.

March 2015 marked the next generation taking the lead, with Jack Nicol and Katherine Anderson taking over daily operations of the winery, and the opening of our Restaurant.

March 2018 saw another exciting change with us undergoing a re-brand and name change. When we transformed from Saint Regis Winery, to Nicol’s Paddock. Our new name helps represent our Family, Winery & Restaurant as a whole.
